You are the number one man,if you had come to me 60 years ago l could have taught you alot more. The worse thing you can do is leave the toilet seat up,it's pretty gruesome on a drop pit toilet and you see a RIP where the duny roll supposed to be and if that's not enough the blow flies look like mutant flies with beard's.

Definitely close lid on drop toilets and toilets in FNQ and NT, where frogs and others can live in the rim of the bowl

6:55 Too many fellow campers for me. I like to find empty places. But that's getting harder every day.

Push in your extended Towing mirrors or remove towing ones when unhooked from the van when your sightseeing and driving around towns.

Hi Paul, someone told me, drop toilets seat needs to be down. The pipe is designed to trap the air and vent it out the stink pipe.

Some great tips there. The one thing I hate at campsites is the inconsiderate ones who bring their guitars for practice at the quiet remote spots or ones who play doof doof music out in the back country. 🙄

Hey Paul, great video. We were camped there at Easter and it was packed with campers. What’s your thoughts on generators? Our neighbours nearly had a blue with another camper who refused to stop his generator, even though it was only about 6pm. Didn’t bother us.

Some people do the entire lap hardly ever using their generators. Personally, I could not be without mine. It means I can charge my batteries, run the air con, charge my cameras, drones and technology, run an electric heater and be sure I have all the comforts I want.

It’s kinda mostly sad for the dog I reckon. 🤔

I would never consider allowing my dog/s to roam free at a public campsite.

Hey mate, great vid and one thing that bothers me are generators, solar is cheap and with a good inexpensive set up is there really any need for one. Buy the way those mirrors you have on the ranger what are they and are they any good. Cheers

The mirrors are Clearview and yes they are good. Also great if you forget with other mirrors to take them off when you unhitch. Driving like that you can get fined
