I dealt with trying to get a durable air mattress for years lol, I eventually wised up and got a decent swag and went to Clark rubber for a measured thick cut of memory foam 👌😴 like a light lol..don't even wanna do the late night pee lol

Great video again folks. I am just getting back into fishing after a 45 year break...everybody bangs on about "Soft Plastics" (probably sponsored) but I notice you don't use them. Are they overrated?

Howdy 👋. Thats great you getting back into it 👌. We love using bait, we do try lures every now and again caught some fish with em, when we put bait in the water the strike rate is so much higher in my opinion. The kids would soon get sick of constantly casting lures too, and sometimes you just dont feel like doing all that effort casting lol. It’s what ever you enjoy doing. 😊

Looks like your pulling the hook, small hook on a reasonable fish. If bait still attached aswell. It doesn't give much hold room for the hook. Fish loads up green on its first dash you'll pull the hook everytime..let the fish have a little more by doing your drag less a click or two for more absorption and you'll find the hook will stay in.. either that or your tip is too sensitive and not setting the hook enough when you strike..try striking harder to set the hook harder...i just noticed that you aren't exposing the hook point or barb when putting on your prawn. Should always get as much exposure of the hook point in baits
