A ex drug addict who works at a rehab now told me that cocaine is surprisingly "clean". Meaning, it's hella addictive, sure and you can overdose but it doesn't fuck you up physically like crystal meth for example.

Lol not only did my school have those and the teacher read them in elementary I also had a teacher who would play scary stories on the speaker and turn the lights off. Like she found a collection of spooky stories involving ghosts and legends or mythical creatures. Yes it gave me an over active imagination and I was frequently scared but looking back they’re the best memories ever. However I was also the kid who would read the goosebump books and American chillers chapter books! I specifically remember the Minnesota mall mannequin American chiller book! Was my favorite!

I can honestly say, I’ve never had lettuce wraps while hiking/backpacking/camping... definitely going to add to the list for camping and day hiking. Also, if you do choose to do a repeat of this adventure I’d recommend buying permethrin spray. It’s fantastic and can be used on your pack, clothes, tent and surrounding area. Happy camping 🏕
