Been there, with the destruction of groceries and sundry supplies. We camp in the Rocky Mountains, and more than once it's been interesting to see the inside of our trailer after travelling down little used logging roads with potholes the size of elephant excavations, but with rocks. We have now learned, after many painful lessons, to invest in and bungie strap everything! But on the coffee press....my sincere sympathies, coming from a coffee addict. I can face grizzlies and cougars, but NOT the destruction or harming of my coffee pot. I would have had a meltdown.

Never have ground squirrels been so amusing to watch. Your commentary was great! Sorry about the coffee pot and mixed up food disaster. A few things I learned from past camping experiences. Use a stainless campfire percolator coffee pot. Doesn't break and useful for boiling water. Put packaged goods (coffee, cocoa, sugar, etc) in plastic containers with tight fitting lids. Eco friendly cause you use them over and over. I even had one for toilet paper. Keep all cleaning supplies in a different spot away from all food, clothes, and paper goods. That stuff always finds a way to ooze out when least expected. I've seen worse outhouses. Thanks James and Kirsten. So loving your adventure. Can't wait until part 3.

Pity about the disaster with the coffee thing-a-ming-a. And the hint of soap in stuff. Ah but at least it was clean in a manner...... Very cute and adorable Squirrels. And I kinda feel for the one on " bedding duty " her poor jaw must've ached something bad that night. After all that somewhat jaw breaking work.... Oh and I hope that Cricket really survived...... And now after teasing us all, we've got to wait for part three. I shall try my best to be patient ( but it's so hard sometimes)........💚⚛️☮️🐾

Damn you James Hendry. I had my travel plans set five years ahead. I was planning on going to New Orleans, Nashville, Machu Picchu and then South Africa. Now it so happened that we went to South Africa first, like WTF?? Now I am obsessed with Africa. I´ve learned so much from you @JamesRAHendry and the rest of the team @wildearthofficial. I can not even list all of the things I´ve learned. That would be to embarrising. Musth? Pseudo-penis? Cheetah or Leopard? All the birds? Oh my word? Being towed? And this KZbin series of yours is so much fun. Thank you for all the fun and all of the education.
