Well in the vid it was noted the danger a ‘kudu kick’ could impose. They were aware of this clearly and I’m sure of the other dangers being that they’re wildlife conservation workers (indicated by the signage on the jeep). There were more dangerous ways they could have approached this that they clearly didn’t.

We like to believe that by assisting a wild animal, it will know that we are there to assist and will comply. However, we've only ever given animals a reason to fear us and when you have to compete with something like survival instincts, you never know how an animal is going to react. I commend you guys for assisting the kudu and would like to think I would do the exact same thing if I were ever in the same situation. Well done guys! Truly inspiring!

Damage fences very common. It's also well documented how especially bulls use their wide horns to wedge through the Game fencing. Yes they force their face in-between the horizontal wires and push through resulting the horns forcing/splitting an open and the rest of body follow through.
