Nothing better than the sound of thunder and rain on metal or most any surface. At home I use a noise generator to create most any outdoor sound including ocean waves breaking on the shore.

My dad used to use those green coil things - bugs didn't really come at me, didn't like my Cree blood lol .. but the sound of rain and flashes of lightening must have been awesome ... Boomer didn't seem scared of the thunder, my dog would have been really frightened .. looking forward to your next video

Awesome camp mate, so good to have thunder and rain at night when your dry and cosy inside. Love the tent, is it the Vern PC? It was heartbreaking to hear about the fires in Alberta and the beautiful town of Jasper being devastated. We spent many a camping holiday up there when the kids were little. ATB Jason.

Boomer is way too cute🥰. What a cool thunderstorm you were in, I love storms like that. I went camping ONCE in my lifetime, I was 18 years old (I’m 69 now) there were four of us gals (my two girlfriends and my sister)and three guys that my friend knew,who had a huge tent (they were the experts at camping supposedly) well at 2am it started pouring down rain, the tent was leaking and “the experts “;we doing shots and acting like jerks, so us four gals slept in my car and that was it for my camping days. At least your tent was not leaking, and you weren’t acting like a jerk, even Boomer was being civilized.😘❤️✌🏻 Great video.

Hehe... That was a awesome thunderstorm you where in. The last time I experiences that I was in the Kootenays in a low river valley and it came up the valley and the clouds where on the kitchen patio deck and my hair was standing up from the static electricity... I was a wowzerZzz moment. Very cool expereince.

I am a pro touring musician. I absolutely love the natural low frequencies that are produced by thunder. We go low at shows, but thunder is lower. Thanks for being a fan of thunder! We watch your great vids.

You need a couple of those clear zip ups so you can watch the rain, thunder and lightning but keep the bugs out!

Hi Lonewolf. I might have suggested it before. I don't really know because I am following 28 KZbin channels at this time and I might have suggested another KZbinr to use music in the background when flying the drone and looking at fire etc. Can you share with us some music of your choosing to use for background tunes and involving music? Man that storm was wild, I love it! Great two parter, the clam before the storm. You inspired me a couple years ago to start hot tenting. I have the pomoly T brick and stovehut 70. I'm just getting into moto camping and want to upgrade my tent. What would you recommend for a hot tent that can handle heavy rain and is big enough for me and my gear? The more compact the better lol

I am a bit old to eat Kielbasa very often, but there isn't much better than a couple roasted over a fire with mustard and pickle relish on a bun. Two filled me up, even when young. They make bun size, but if not available, a large one can be cut down to bun size... As always, love the drone shots. I'll have to test my courage having it fly by me from behind... I may have to turn off the sensors to do that with the Mavic 3 or Mini 4 Pro which are all I still have.
