I liked your show. I've have been fishing that area since I was a kid. I have two motors at the bottom just around Clay banks. I must of been 18 years old. My hand on the tiller and there doing flipper. I've caught lots of kings and used to be a good true cod fishery twenty,thirty years ago. Big trues. Limit was 15 I liked your show and look forward to more fishing expeditions from you. I'm almost 70 now. And I appreciate your wisdom. Thank you.

Great day of fishing. Are you running a autopilot to keep on track while landing the fish?

Thanks for checking out the video. I unfortunately am not running an autopilot. I find the best situation while landing a fish is to have a buddy who is experienced driving a boat keep the fish right where we want him. Generally this entails swearing and constant steering adjustments. When I’m by myself I end up fighting the fish and running back and forth to the helm. Most often than not I have to drive around other boats.

11 will re-open for a third time in August if I’m reading the bulletin correctly. This would be for Chinook, Coho and Pink Salmon.

Haha it wasn’t bad! He did kick me in the head a few times though. We quickly found out if you sleep head to toe there is a lot more room to stretch out.
