Thank you! Good tips for a new dog parent (had a dog over 45 years ago, but have been a cat mom since then). I’m tentatively camping in a state park with my new 6mo puppy for the first time soon. She’s fully vaccinated, but not spayed, yet (it’s scheduled). My vet actually advised using hydrogen peroxide to induce vomiting if she eats something that is toxic and gave me the dosage for her size.

Awesome! It's definitely a big step, enjoy the time with your new pup and remember to keep her safe!

Thanks for the awesome video. Dogs make camping so much better. I hate how the government do the the 1080 posion program, they could provide a lot more information on how and when they use the poison, especially when the consequences are so great. The salt tip is awesome, I'll definitely keep some packs of salt stashed in my 4x4.

Very well timed video, I'm looking at starting to take my dog out camping in the coming weeks. I always feel so bad when I leave without her because she'll sit at the side gate making the saddest puppy dog noises while watching me pack the car and it breaks my heart. Going to start small to get her acclimatised before building up to longer trips.

Hi guys. Are you allowed to divulge the camping spot’s name? Looks epic!

Hey mate, this is along the Murray River South of Dwellingup and East of Harvey. Lots of different spots in that area, so I'm sure you'll find one that suits you! Definitely worth having a group of 4WDs to explore the area in Winter as some roads have bogholes that can get you in trouble if you don't know where they are.
