I have several Campingmoon devices including this and the stove, I find their products well made and several very innovative ones. Very handy, I’ve used it several times with no issues. You can get the adapters if you prefer propane, I car/tent camp and use the legally refillable 1 pound propane canisters because I camp for several weeks I bring them full and refill out of my 5 lbs tank if needed, very inexpensive this way and convenient, I use my BRS stove for coffee and cook my meal on the stove you’re showing at the same time with this device. Great video as always, thanks.

I may consider picking up a few more of the Campingmoon adapters to test. Thanks for commenting

I can see how that would be really useful when cooking, great way to get 2 burners going at once. Thanks for sharing Mark.

Lighter and smaller than two canisters for sure. Thanks for commenting Steve

Seems great for cooking your fish in one pan and your rice in another at the same time. 2 guys with two of these could make a feast in the Boundary Waters. hmmm, might get one for myself and brother. Thanks, Mark

G'day Mark, thats pretty nifty, particularly with the lamp arrangement you showed. Another one with a great folding leg design too. However; for 2 X remote stoves, (or 1 remote and 1 non-remote atop the cannister), just a "T" adapter is all that's needed and of course each stove will still have it's own flame adjustment/isolator. Incidentally; I use the same principle on a larger scale with a 4.5 or 9 kg LPG bottle, car camping, (at an un-powered site), one outlet for the 3 way fridge, (very miserly on gas), and the other for a 2 burner cooking unit. The only difference being, you have the addition of a "master" isolator at the bottle. Cheers Duke.

Campingmoon has a similar one like the one you’re describing made for a single Isobutane canister and of course you can get adapters for propane or butane if that’s your preference.

New subscriber here. I did a search on adapters, because I've been trying all different ones myself, and it brought me here. Thanks for the info. This is a pretty cool setup I'd like to try eventually!

Nice to see a review of this product. I’d been looking at it on Amazon. PaleoHikerMD did a review of a similar camping moon product that works with butane canister, but I was thinking that there would be more flexibility in a lindal valve to lindal valve remote stove adapter. That way you could use a butane canister to lindal valve adapter or a propane cylinder to lindal valve adapter and have three potential fuels. Also I think this would be a better way of using propane than having an adapter and stove way up high on top of a propane cylinder.
@MarkYoungBushcraft11 ай бұрын
Campingmoon has a number of combinations. One I like and may get separates both Lindal valves from the canister. Thanks for commenting

Just wish the height of the adaptor is lower like the MSR low down.
@MarkYoungBushcraft Жыл бұрын
Yes, the Lowdown is lower and also looks like it has a wider stance. Of course, it does not have the second attachment point. Thanks for commenting

That’s actually a pretty good idea, though I could see a few potential accidents with it. Did you get a chance to really use it with 2 stoves? Is it able to supply 2 adequately?
@MarkYoungBushcraft Жыл бұрын
Hi Jim. Yes, I should have mentioned that. I did try it with two stoves and could see no difference between them when turning one up then the other, alternating between each. I expect the gas flow is restricted enough that the tank pressure remains high enough to supply both. Thanks for commenting

Can you invert the canister?
@MarkYoungBushcraft Жыл бұрын
Yes, you could, as long as the stove is designed for use in fluid mode (has a generator tube). Thanks for commenting
@redsorgum Жыл бұрын
I think it would be nice if it already had a remote burner, but I do see the benefit of being able to try out different burners. Two different burners for different cooking tasks. I can also see if you want to use two exact burners for convenience. ✌️🇨🇦🇺🇸✌️By the way, they also have two different burner setups for the butane canisters.

Yes, I noticed the other burner adapters. I may take a closer look at them. Thanks for commenting

Hook 2 upright stoves to this thing (sugestion: campingmoon's windmaster clone) and voila, you have a BRS-32 that's even smaller!

I tried one of those ĺast year while backpacking; I connected everything correctly, used the stove to cook my evening meal, completely turned off the stove (which worked flawlessly on its own), and woke up the following morning with an empty gas canister. The adapter leaks.
