Would you say it’s best to prep lots of items but not finish them off ie sew up till you need them as I find it saves space ect ?

I did a Christmas craft fair, and I made price lists because I was pressed for time and I remember a customer being confused about one list when she had a beanie in hand and she was looking at the wrong price list. 🫠 I still made sales, however, I think I need a better tagging strategy- it was a quick fix solution for the time being. Just a little confusing.
