i had one of those and i used to pop wheelies so easily, i don´t know why people have so much difficulty to do it, the engine is powerful and its very easy to throw it up on 1st gear. In second gear you have to use your arms and some momentum, and if you´re going a litlle bit uphill it gets up like nothing.... It´s not difficult, you just have to keep practicing. Have fun with it!!!

CB500X 2022+ with 15T is beginner bike, but with 16T it’s not. Wheelie is extremely easy without popping clutch with 16T sprocket. Worth every penny.
@kemalyesil75653 жыл бұрын
Any manual bike can wheelie. If you think otherwise you probably don’t know how to do it. Btw that so “little bike” power wheelies in first and second clutch up in third obviously if you know how to do it:)

I’ve been working on wheelies with my 500f and almost went Al the way over past 12 o’clock in second gear around 20mph damn near shat myself didn’t know the bike had that kinda juice

CB500F-s are gimped from the factory, the engine itself has more than enough power, they just had to restrict the bike to fit some specifications

I have the cb500x it's the same engine and it's really easy to wheelie. All I do is 1st gear up to about 10 to 14 mph then roll off and roll on really quick and the wheel just lifts 👌😎 really good feeling my problem is getting it to wheelie out of 1st gear

It's super easy, did my first wheelie with the CB500X, just get a passenger with you, than forget about it and launch it hard, the extra weight on the back will make you do a wheelie... an accidental wheelie, fun & scary

Great video! I’m a one-week owner of a ‘21 CB500F. I love it. Came here because it felt like I accidentally got front tire lift out of first today lol. I’m a newbie so won’t be trying this for awhile; glad to see it’s possible!

I Have a CB500F From 1998, with the carburator model, the bike has a trick, try this, in firt gear get 8.500 rpm, cut of gas hand, let it dropping rpm until about 4000rpm then open the gas half, and you will see, jajajaja in first gear, and playing with the gas, without touching the cluch litf up hard, chage the gear at balance point the second with out the cluch and you can fly very veri long if you are able to change 3 gear you got it
@josemanuelcastell59903 жыл бұрын
The bike has to be nice and Hot, and tiers as hot as posible, when engine is cold, it is impossible and the tire slide, the cjain suffer, and forks, maybe, fuck some oil retainer if you fall very hard
@dom2522 жыл бұрын
Nice one, I'm in the same situation - got a CB500X (same engine) and just searched for this cause I realised I've owned it for 2 years and never tried wheelieing yet 😄 how high up the revs are you taking it before dumping the clutch in first, like 75%? Edit - oh no, looks like it's more like 50%? Not bad!
@milanstepanek41852 жыл бұрын
Did it yesterday on my cb500x but I have to be in 1st gear and rev it up so it bangs the limiter and then dump clutch.
@theenthusiastlist6482 жыл бұрын
Just what Milan says haha you have to tap that limiter like Mcgregor and that'll make her go up easy (Will loop it out if you keep it tapped though)

Good video! Just wanted to ask that despite all the bikes you own, will this bike get boring at one point? Like say in 6 months and do you still ride it? I passed my MSF today and I am looking at this bike as my first so your reply would help me decide.
@theenthusiastlist6483 жыл бұрын
I apologize for the late reply. I'd say it would take about 2 years for most people to outgrow this bike. I still have fun with it even with 8 years of experience. Awesome bike! I highly recommend!

@@seanward9138 Oh sorry haha its about 75% throttle, hold that for a second, push in and then yank up on the handlebars while at the same time releasing the clutch as fast as possible. Then control the wheelie with the throttle to the best of your ability. Helps if you sit back in the seat, and remember to cover the rear brake as a safe guard for the bike coming up too far.
