Dear speaker. Can you please see that the verse 2:230 is telling that the divorced woman needs to be married to another man and be divorced by the 2nd husband in order to remarry the 1st husband?

Dear brother read the full verdict please. It is after the third and final divorce. One Nikah and one divorce only. There is no such thing possible to divorce 3 times on one Nikah. That is playing with Allah's Ayahs. You make it you break it. It's an agreement to live together as husband and wife. We Muslims are so genius that we make one agreement and break three times. Think about it how rediculous is this? This verdict does not fit any moral or physical laws of nature. Can a judge give 3 death penalties to a murderer? Make no sense. After one he is dead already. You hang him hundred times makes no difference. One life one death. One Nikah one divorce. You can see 100s of examples in life. But we are so genius that we can make anything possible. May Allah be Merciful to this Ummah. Aameen

@@ghakka786 If someone divorced 3 times in one nikah. Before the ending of the third month in which he gave the third divorce, if he revokes the divorce and starts to live together. Is it right?

@@raheemacademy1549 At the end of three cycles. Only one Talaq is Validated. But if he reconciled before 3 cycles he doesn't have to do Nikah but he used his one right. He has two more. But after his third time no reconciliation or Nikah with same man. But it counts only one incident even if you say thousand times. Sun rises in west and sets in the west only once. This is Ayat of Allah. Who ever says dun sets twice or three times a day. What a none Sense and making fun of Allah's Ayat. You can quote many examples from daily life but our scholars are so genius that we don't need no enemy at all. Allah knows the best.

Remarriage is not Free. The man has to pay Den- mheher and all obligation again. Actually Quran and Islam is easy . But some people ( mostly who just listen from him/ her kind of people , don't read or understand quran) made the Islam hard and tough.

My husband divorced me by sending three notices of talaq. Just bcoz I came back to India to take care of my mom and couldn't go back to him. Is this the right reason for talaq

Divorce is divorce, civil or Islamic, intention is the same.

@@nikhatsaleem330 Salaam, may Allah have mercy on you. That was a bad reason for divorce, and should never have given 3 divorce in one go. Sunnah is to divorce once and wait 3 months iddah. Then there is possibility of remarriage later if mind changes.

Dear Speaker. If we sit for Mitual Divorce and if we want to remarry (she dont marrying any other man after divorce), can we. If we wanted to remarry then how? So fo this what Divorce we should ask for? Our Kazi (Muslim Marriage Register office) said that after divorce if we want remarry then she has to marry somebody else and that guy dies , then she can remarry with me. Pls advice. URGENT

Salaam, if you divorced your wife once. You can remarry no problem, but with new nikah and mahr. Problem is only if you said 3 talaq...

@@logiic8835 Can take wife back within 3 months iddat period without new nikah, after 3 months marriage is dissolved, so new nikah & mahr needed. Plenty of videos online about it from respected scholars, some may differ.

Just found out that after first idaah (considering only one divorce has been given) the two could marry anyone, be it the same same person or a different person. And there is no need for the other 2 divorce for either party to marry another person.

I watch Pakistani drama shows, and find Islamic law (particularly marriage & divorce) very confusing. Much of it sounds not only impractical, but quite unreasonable. After listening to this reasonable man, it sounds as if there are different forms of Islam, depending on the region & country. Theirs it not a definite version of Islam, but a cultural Islam that Pakistanis follow in Pakistan, and base their laws upon it. How credible that is, depends on one's opinion of Pakistan. SO IT WOULD NOT BE OUT OF LINE TO THINK THAT MANY MUSLIM NATIONS & NATIONALS, DON'T FOLLOW ISLAM CORRECTLY - THEY IMPLIMENT THEIR VERSION OF ISLAM, RIGIDLY!!

This is based on history: pakistan and bangladesh are both ex hindu. Their ancestors were hindus. They converted to islam, they didnt change their culture and now the culture has created a mess that is impossible to get out of.

Catholic Church says no remarriage after divorce, only death of former spouse. Jesus Christ teachings correct.
