Honestly, I think having your dish be called original is one of the best compliments you can receive as making a dish unique and different, and having it all work together is something special. Also on Mai’s part, it may have not been the perfect medium rare, but it’d be a perfect dish for rare lovers which isn’t a bad thing.

I noticed some of the stone fruits were missing from the challenge. Olives, avocados, mangoes, coconuts(they are considered stone fruits surprisingly), raspberries and blackberries(they are considered stone fruits because the berry itself is not actually a berry but clusters of stone fruits stuck together. they are in a classification called drupelets} all of those are missing and could have made for some even better contributions
