What if the title to the property is missing? What can we do?

Effective po ba ang law na ito. Kapag ang land ay taxdec lang at i a apply pa lang for title ng natural born citizen but already has a us citizenship?.. or it has to be a titled lot para maging effective ang law ng 1k to 1 hec ownership to be transferred to him.

Na confuse po ako... Kasi ang uncle ko namatay wala ng magulang, asawa at anak. Isang kapatid nalang. Kming mga pamangkin ay collateral heir. Sabi ng lawyer ko di na raw kmi entitled ng mana. Yong bro nalang daw at mga anak.
