The speech was well delivered but not exaustive at all unfortunately. The idea is good, I do believe that everyone can make their part to save the planet…. But HOW? The example he mentions revolve more around common sense than accounting.

Almost completely fails to achieve the implied task declared in the title. An awful lot of talk, very little information about how externalities should be *quantified* and included in financial statements, a huge task nobody's doing.
