Keith, this video should be compulsory viewing for anyone thinking of buying a twin for dirt riding. When I had my F800 GS I used to dread U turns on narrow trails and needed a friend to help me pick it up.I would take an extra hour or more of highway riding any day on my 500 or 690 for the massive benefits they give on dirt.

Yea that weight on the ADV bikes is just way to much to deal with for us older fellas. Sticking with my tagged 450xcw. Great video Keith!! I’m still debating getting a windscreen you have on the 500. 🤔
