asalamu akaykum brother, unrelated to the video but i wanted to what the ruling on the aqeedah of the deobandis and on praying behind them is
@MuhammadAbdullah-kx3kn8 ай бұрын
@@oopspoops7672 The Deobandi movement is a revivalist movement within Sunni Islam that adheres to the Maturidi Aqidah and Hanafi Fiqh. It originated during the 1857 Muslim Rebellion against British India. Its primary objective is establishing Sharia law in various parts of the world, focusing on South Asia. Deobandis are the biggest Muslim bloc in South and Central Asia. The present Afghan government is Deobandi. Deobandis run the largest Madrasa in the world called *Darul Uloom.*

Ok so we are not suppose to interpret Quran and hadith on our own. But also we are not to follow an imam opposing an ayat or hadith. How do we know if they opopsed it or not then? What is the solution? How does one transition from taqlid to ijtihad in a general sense? What are the practical step by step studies? Quran 3 :64 says start on common ground, do we start to read tafsir?
@FATDUCK25257 ай бұрын
You will never do ijtihad on your own, forming an opinion out of your own aql, unless you have reached the level of a scholar - even students of knowledge cannot. Now doing ijtihad of opinions that already exist, such as choosing between one opinion on how to pray the wajib salah in the hanbali madhahb compared to another opinion held within the same madhab - that comes down to 1. Your level of ilm, are you a student of knowledge who has been studying for many years properly? 2. Or, have you researched these different opinions in this one issue extremely rigorously, dedicating a week of considerable study on this masaail? 3. Which shaykh do you normally follow?.... Now, taqlid of a safe madhab is the answer, until you are ready with the knowledge to start picking from different opinions within the madhab. More specifically, as there are so many opinions in the madhab you should stick to one SHaykh such as Shaykh ibn Hanbal, Shaykh Uthaymeen etc. If you cant find an opinion from your shaykh on an issue, then you do what the Shaykh in this video said: You pick from a different shaykh. The steps I take are, what are Shaykh Uthaymeen's stance? If I can't find his, what is the general Hanbali view? If I cant find that, I go with what Islamqa says as they normally have answers to everything if you look hard enough. If I cant get from there, then ill take from a reputable scholar who I know has studied extensively or a trusted student of knowledge who will give me daleel. I hope that is of some benefit, I most likely wont reply to any replies to this message as I am too busy to see them normally, so contemplate over what I have said deeply and do your own research. Ilm is mandatory for us all. And may Allah forgive me if I have said anything wrong.

Wonder what the madhab of the Sahaba was. If all four madhabs are considered correct then what is the problem. I am from Afghanistan and Afghan people are generally followers of the Hanafi school but I love seafood so I eat prawns and all other shellfish as I consider them to be halal based on the opinions of the three other scholars. I do not see anything wrong with it at all .
@FATDUCK25257 ай бұрын
The problem is that from the understandings of all 4 diff madhahib you can take any view. Remember there are more than 4 madhabs, there are hundreds, they are just the main 4 which are the most complete and best. So by your logic, why cant you pick from every single one of those madhahib if they have daleel and legitimate, correct, sincere interpretation? Firstly, it goes back to principles, these madhahib all have their own principles and set of rules that dictate how they consistently process and reach a conclusion - yours which would be taking wherever you please from would have no structure to your problem solving and shariah law, just what you think is nice from your brain. That is not how we approach the religion of God the Almight creator of all. Secondly, by picking and choosing whatever, like the Shaykh said in the video, you would just be following whatever is easy, this religion would be easy for you and whatever you please. This religion is not one of ease, it is a test to see if you are worthy of being in God's Paradise, with those who have dedicated their heart and soul to Islam and God. This religion isn't one that picks and chooses based on desires, rather, it is one of intellect, truth, and most importantly, sincere submission to Allah.

What are the things that Hanafi madhab views it as makrooh while all other 3 madhabs views it as Haram,If you are knowledgeable would you be able to state all of makrooh things only if that doesnt bother you? All imams within a mathhab don't always agree. From what i know the 4 mathhabs have some primary usul in common but differ in secondary usul. You would think after rigourous discussions the 4 mathhab tail end ineritors would agree. Perhaps many ppl of ahl bida misrep the mathhabs to the ppl, not good.

They don't agree in Usul of Istinbaat (If this is what you mean with Usul.) They only agree upon Quran, sunnah, Ijma'ah and Qiyas. But all the other sources of Istinbaat are differed upon.

@@adelow Thank you brother, how would you translate instinbaat?
@adelow8 ай бұрын
@@falsesectslikeshiaarejudeo6543 Istinbaat means the Method of Extraction. Or in this case which type of evidence is Valid to use for Fiqh. So Malikis would use the consensus of people of Madinah over a Aahad Hadith, because for Imam Malik and his teacher Rabi'ah, it makes a lot more sense that what people of Madinah passed down and the Sahabah passed down and theie students, is much more likely to be the final Hukm. The Aahad Hadith is only Speculative knowledge as mentioned by the Usuliyeen.
