Real clear sports did a list of top 10 undrafted players, and Ben Wallace was #1, so that kinda shows you the talent level. Going up against a team with guys like Gilbert Arenas, Manu, Monta Ellis, Paul Millsap, DeAndre Jordan, etc... I didn't even do much research to find those 5 guys, all of whom are better than anyone on that undrafted list. There are probably a ton of even better ones than those 5.

Black James Bond It wouldn't make a whole lot of difference, the first good player I could think of with a mixed skin is Curry. Then you'd have Tony Parker as well but I don't think he would make a whole lot of difference. The biggest strength of the white team would be that they'd be an EXTREMELY good 3 point focused team. Curry(if you add mixed races), Nash, Klay, Bird, Dirk, Love, Peja, Maravich and so. Considering all time great black players wouldn't necessarily make a great 3 point shooting team, white players could have an upperhand on that department.
