Can a V8 from 2010 beat Max Verstappen's BAHRAIN Pole Lap?

I was watching the POLE lap from Verstappen this past weekend around Bahrain and I could not stop myself from wondering. What if I tried to beat Verstappen's 2024 Bahrain POLE in a V8 Formula 1 car from 2010 from RSS? Would I be able to? That is what I'm trying to answer in this video.
