A few tips for future playthroughs: 1) You can fast travel using the Cardboard Boxes. By using the Box in the trucks at the Heliport and the Warhead Storage, you can transport yourself between the two areas. Though personally, I don't think it's any faster than traveling normally. However it does skip over the minefield if you don't want to deal with that. 2) Now that you have the Lvl. 6 keycard, you can find the Body Armor in the gas filled hallway. With the Body Armor, the damage you take from bullets is halved! 3) you can get through the stairway chase pretty easily by spamming stun grenades. It doesn't matter where the gaurds are, in this game all gaurds in the area are stunned when the stun grenade goes off. You can also use the Boba glitch by the door that's frozen shut to end the chase early and completely bypass the rope repelling sequence. I don't fully understand the glitch myself, so I don't feel qualified to explain it, just look up the Boba glitch yourself.

5:12 You had the right idea with the ketchup, you just have to do it while Johnny (the prison gaurd) is in the bathroom with the hershy squirts. When he comes back he will think you're dead.

I believe equipping the handkerchief kept the dogs from attacking you. Oh and throwing flash grenades as you run up the staircase is the best way to do it. Knocks them all down.

You can also keep the dogs from attacking you by using a pee covered cardboard box. Just vefore the first Sniper Wolf fight, if you hit Meryl and immediately hide in the cardboard box, she'll call over one of the dogs to pee on you. Using that box from then on will keep the dogs from attacking you, making backtracking through that area easier when going to get the sniper rifle.

You can run and shoot at the same time if you hold whatever equates to the x button on the ps1 controller. You have to throw cooked grenades against the walls for your pursuers and run and shoot at the guys ahead (on the stairs).

pure stealth games have become almost obsolete these days. nowadays what modern gamers are familiar with are the pseudo stealth mechanics from like new assassin’s creed games. last good one was probably dishonored 2 or phantom pain. glad new players are still trying out the classics.
