Can-Am Outlander/Renegade G2 Rear Differential Failure FIX

This video will show you the fix for the premature rear diff failure. If your going to run big heavy mud tires this mod is a must. The problem is the needle bearing doesn't get fresh oil under load which causes accelerated wear. Once the needle bearing begins to fail you get wobble on the pinion gear and it eventually ends in broken gear teeth or a leak at the diff seal. If you have broken teeth on the gears you should replace them. I used a old diff for this demonstration.

Is this why these gen 2 Can-ams sometimes get the "waa waa" noise from the rear diff?
