Is this a 2022 model? The reason I ask is because my Rally don't have that strap to hold the scoop

No it’s the 2021 version.

@Official_JD Productions so did you make that strap to hold the scoop to the bike?

Cause I had a rally my my didn't come with that strap

@@carlosmriverajr2 I’m not sure what strap you are referring to, but once I took apart the scoop/intake, the Velcro that I bought has tape on the other side. So it just sticks to the plastic. The Velcro has 2 sides, I just left them stuck together to create a little more cushion
