Many Chinese rations tried and reviewed here. Unsure of this menu? Most are heavy on rice and starch, light on veggies or sides, and desserts. The eggs, I never lucked into. Drinks, well, they are drinks at least. I love your formats on reviews, this and unboxings. Well versed. It's very nice, to see someone enjoy this hobby. More fun to watch someone explore boundaries. Yes, FRH'S are nuclear. Makes you wonder, what chemicals used? I wipe foreign and domestic down, when I find domestic that works? U,S., mostly, I just boil, saves time. Ours do lack! Just saying friend. Mains on these are usually, plentiful, and good tasting. I hope you had some fun with the review. We enjoyed watching. Peace from Ky. , John.

I've seen so many people review this Chinese MRE and had no problems with it at all. It's basically pretty much the quality of cheap gas station Chinese food (similar to most MRE quality). The eggs are slightly pickled quail eggs, that and the pickles are generally designed to add some variation to the hot food when eaten together. The main difference with this MRE is that its about half the calories of a typical US MRE because its generally assumed that this is for emergencies and not as commonly used for a normal field ration as other MREs are.

Why do you think it needed matches? Why is that a negative?
@Syolaar3 ай бұрын
The matches aren't just to heat the food. Western MREs mostly use chemical heaters but still include matches. Surviving the night without fire is difficult in most environments. Even if it doesn't kill you, mild hypothermia will drain your energy and prevent you from getting adequate sleep, both critical in combat/survival situations.
