@garimaahlawat6060 Anti-inflammatory foods are mainly plant-based. Dr. Yu has some videos on this subject, and so does "Talking with Docs", among others. I do not follow a rigid diet: heavy on plant-based (that includes herbs and spices) and low on processed and ultra-processed foods. You can find extensive information by doing a search. Best to you.

Hi doctor, this is my first video I am watching on your channel. I've been suffering from myasthenia gravis for nearly 20 years, In 2019 I underdone a thymectomy surgery and continued medicines (pyridostigmine 60 mg) for almost 3 years. There was no remedy and I felt depressed and stressed. Later I moved to Ayurveda and naturopathy. You told me the medicines work at symptoms level, but I learned that ayurveda and naturopathy works at the root cause to eliminate the disease. What I did was a 16 hour fasting, used wet packs, 21- day water enema, eating only natural foods, no junk, caffeine, packed, tinned foods. I followed it very religiously for almost 3 to 4 months. I almost improved my condition. I felt no drooping of my eyelids and i feel energetic throughout the day. I will do a blood test after 3 months to check my blood results. Now I am confident that I improved my condition a lot, thanks for this video.

Hello there , thanks for sharing the information , am also diagnosed with myesthenia gravis, talking seems really difficult these days .. doctor suggested thymectomy even though there is no tumor in thymus gland ..I Just want your suggestions about thymectomy ..is it worth is or not??
@Hari-Sundar10 ай бұрын
@@Worldly-ways It is based on your condition. Because doctors said that it will take some years to benefit from thymectomy, but it is just a treatment and not cure. Before that I undergone plasmaphresis( spelling mistake). In my opinion and based on my condition, thymectomy worsened my condition even more, I was 16 years old at that time, and didn't know even what the surgery is about, i didn't had knowledge about what the surgery is about. Now I am feeling why the hell i went through the surgery. But now ayurveda and natural lifestyle helping me to overcome the disease.. This is from my experience: you can follow: Intermittent fasting for 16 hours Eat only natural foods No tea, coffee, junk, packed, tinned, avoid food that is packed. Throw away these white things from your kitchen: white rice, maida (white flour), white sugar. Instead use jaggery, brown or black rice (but not instant cooking rice). Eat at the right time 21- day enema 3 months using wet packs. It will take 3 to 6 months to get good results in your bllood test. I hope this helps. I shared my experience on the surgery, but please consult your doctor. Till now there is no cure in the modern science. Only natural lifestyle will help. Thank you

The problem isn't just certain foods, ot is the off the charts carbohydrate consumption of modern food system, people nowadays DRINK more carbohydrates in one sitting than people used to in in several days. Constantly elevated insulin levels is behind most of the modern diseases, it destroys the endothelium of all arteries, worsening autoimmune diseases and causing the surge of heart disease, diabetes and alzheimers. Don't wait for big pharma to save you, and look around, don't just take my word for it.

Ask this online doctor if he receives kickbacks from the drug manufacturer. Ask any doctor what they receive if they prescribe this or any drug.

I don't know whether it's successful or not on cancer, but what I can say is you have to wait for studies to show whether or not it works. Someone had to test hydroxychloroquine, an antimalarial drug, on autoimmune patients before they found out it was effective. Eventually it became the first line treatment. Don't be rude. We all are here to learn, and we need the medical science to keep moving forward.

I'm 75. I've been eating the zero carb carnivore diet for two-years. Pre-diabetes, wicked arthritis, high blood pressure, gum disease, brain fog, you name it. All gone. It is wonderful to be old but healthy and energetic without any diagnoses or pill taking. I'll never go back to eating inflammatory sugar, carbs, and plants in any form. Meat, eggs, butter, salt, and water. That's the therapy - the Proper Human Diet!

@belka_belo4ka I had several, including a 45-year inability to be around chemical artificial fragrances. Now I can walk down the grocery store soap aisle without having convulsions. This diet can rebuild the gut microbiome. There are hundreds and hundreds of how-tos and success stories on KZbin. Search for "carnivore diet allergies. "

It’s funny how each of us respond to diet differently. SOS are huge no’s for me as they send my joint pain through the roof. Unfortunately, so does the carnivore diet. I feel best when I eat WFPB & strictly vegan.

Can you be more specific about your diet. I’d love to know.

My wife and I eat mostly fatty ground beef (75/25), makes up the majority of our meals. It's cheap and we're retired and on a budget. Panamanian beef is quite tough, so we stick to the ground beef. Once a week I buy a couple imported rib eye steaks (about $22 each here in Panama). I eat eggs fried in bacon fat or butter, air fried pork belly, bacon, sardines in water, and very occasionally chicken. Chicken doesn't have enough fat to satisfy me. These, salt, and water -- that's it. Very satisfying, I almost never have any cravings for anything else. Every carnivore is different and finds the balance of animal products that work for them. KZbin is full of content by carnivore physicians and people with success stories. I love this way of eating. It is easy and amazingly affordable. I don't ever see myself going back to eating sugars, carbs, or any plants. They hold no appeal after two-years eating this way.

What are your thoughts on a carnivore diet to reverse auto-immune?
@slee799110 ай бұрын
Ill give you my own take since I've done only meat. It's helped calm my symptoms significantly but I've realized it doesn't get rid of the problem. Idk if its true for everyone bc at this point I've seen people heal from parasite cleansing (live disease free YT) as well as reading medical medium- there's a connection to epstein bar virus for a lot of autoimmune (along with ppls stories to confirm) currently im looking into DNSR bc once again, many have such powerful recovery stories that are compelling. Just some thoughts and my own experience!

@@slee7991 did you also do fasting? i believe this is important for cellular repair
@slee799110 ай бұрын
@@DruidzTV not long term-only 3 day fasts a couple of times- which obviously hasn't been enough for me. I have seen other videos on fasting for reset. I saw a lady comment on two 5 day fasts got rid of her crohns. Not sure if that would be the case for everyone w diff autoimmune diseases. In my own case I've been too depleted to fast I believe.

@@slee7991 I plan on building up to 5 day fasts, then do this once a month, eating only beef & eggs in between. 🤞
