As for the proposition bets its a bit more difficult. Going back to the statistic video, I see that Maddox had a open 20 rate of just under 0.7. However Billy has an open 20 rate of less than 0.5. I it will be pretty likely that billy drops misses his open 20 at the beginning making it less likely that Maddox drops a open 20 opportunity he gets. So Maddox over. I also say Billy over. Using the chapters I can see that there are 4 sets. I think billy will manage to get 1 peel per set and one spare peel somewhere. (Is it cheating that I looked at the chapters?)

I love those proposition bets, it helps to invest the viewer further into the game. I was celebrating for every peel billy got and was devastated by every open 20 that Maddox missed

No, using the Chapters isn't cheating. But if you go back and look at game 1... I hide it; there is no chapter for set 5. So I wouldn't go believing the chapter marks too much.
