As someone who was raised in the church and saw a lot of bs and went through a lot of bs in the church and saw peoples true colors and intentions, the best thing I ever did in my life was stopped going to church. Some of the biggest hypocrites of my life I have seen in the church and I used to get chastised for being myself and doing the most as far as showing my talents and church members would complain about it not being a talent show so I quit the praise team because it wasn’t in my heart to do. Two of my worst relationships came from the church and I never experienced so much peace in my entire life until I got out the church. And when me and my family hit a tough patch where we lived in a hotel, not one church member bothered to check on us or anything and not only it humbled me but it also made me lose faith in the church. I would never step foot in the church ever again even if you paid me a billion dollars tax free because that’s how bad it was for me growing up in the church and that would be the one moment in my life I would ask God himself to erase from my entire memory of life. I had better memories in high school than I did in church
