170 acres? And I'm struggling to scrape together enough to buy 50 hectares in NZ to live and build trails on. You have no idea how lucky you are.

Yessir! Almost no one has the means nor funds to do so. I’m very grateful to be able to live on a place like this and I think if you work toward it, you can get something! But it’s not all sunshine and rainbows. Keeping up a place this size is no an easy task. There comes lots of hard labor just to keep the place from growing over, wildfires, crazy storms that can lead to almost being stuck, etc. But in the end, it’s worth it to me.
