Very informative and entertaining. Glad to know my favorite tire brand (IRC) ranks so low with DJ! My nutritionist recommended NeverSecond - that taste is off-putting at first to say the least - at least the drink mix. I hope the gel is better! fwiw I've always used IRC tires and Skratch mix/Recovery + Cliff blocks but apparently that's all trash lol. Tattoo ideas for you both = wild turkeys!

Regarding Canadian athletes downing maple syrup during competition, I dont know who started that, but triathlete Lionel Sanders does that as well. Some American triathletes have copied him, but I dont think any of them can pound down the sheer quantity that Canadians can.
