So i just need some clarification on this theory. 1. Is it with the yoke or just egg white. 2. How many eggs do you consider a reasonable amt to apply on the whole hair. 3. How long do you leave in your hair especially high porosity hair..i know I know too many questions sorry 😁😁 help me out professor..as always i love your videos 💕💕
@CurlyChemistry4 жыл бұрын
Hey! 1. You'll want to use the entire egg, both white and yolk. 2. Just enough for your hair, so it depends on the length of your hair. You can use a cup of mayonnaise and one raw egg, mix and apply to hair. Just don't use heat! 3. 10-20 min is fine. Hope this helps!

For breakage I would focus more so on doing consistent deep treatments to help nourish the hair, make sure your moisture-protein level is balance. Avoid tight/harsh hairstyles and do scalp massages with peppermint oil (dilute w/ carrier oil of choice) to nourish the scalp. : )
