All my recent losses have been to people boat rushing me, I am glad to see I am not the only person struggling with it. The fact that they can build massive pressure on one side and then move their whole boat army for the final round to your weak spot is not balanced. Boats should have the warp drive removed in my opinion.

Boats are very broken. But jump drive is the least of my worries when I'm facing boats

I would have used the anti air upgrade of the mustangs. He had so many of them and they would target the boats first with boosted damage.

I've found war factory to be very good versus boats as long as you have some antiair (sadly boats are one of the best options). Obviously, you want antimissile tech.

It's sometimes ok if it fits the scenario perfect (like lots of sledges or storms), but usually loses quite hard vs launcher. Also expensive with elite spec

maybe arcs with air, eletro and range? to stop the boats? honestly mass boats with mothership is so hard to counter

Hello, Anti Missile Devices should work on boats. Someone should try Mass Lvl1 Anti Missile Mustang against Overlords. But this Jump Drive move is really scary.

Have you tried anti-missile on the mustangs? I know anti-missile is shunned vs storms with fire, because some shots will land, but it should blunt a lot of the damage from the launcher. This in turn should allow the fortress to stay alive longer and do their damage. Mustangs are also half the price of an overlord.

Part of the reason I enjoy watching mechabellum is seeing just wildly different approaches. Not to go down the rabbit hole of differences, but I found your opening line puzzling so wanted to ask about that. I have found wasps to not be competitively statted vs fangs, so it was strange to salvage for them t1. Was there any consideration for salvage phoenix, 150 arc 150 fang (can't unlock crawler if unlock arc) with a phoenix behind arclight on one side, and sac/slow down on other side. Just felt too many things could go wrong early with the wasps. Either way thanks for the content! I find Elite specialist pretty hard to pilot, the forced t2 cost really limits flexibility and I dig myself into holes I can't get out of pretty often.

was a very unlucky starting deployments, the wasp will many early rounds usually and the enemy is forced into building stuff all around the map and cannot pressure your weak points. Building 2 crawler round one is alot safer play though

Yea its so many options. I didn't even think about the jump drive since the cards gave multiple plays on top of that. But the key is to not let it get to this point. But this situation is probably more of an elite specialist problem. Very hard to be in this kind of senior manufacturing specialist giant battle with elite. I should have built boats as well tho

its the free unit variety patch that offers great strategic variety with the expense of adding huge amounts of luck into the game

@@SurreyEZ I don't think overlord spam would be as strong as it is without the random unit cards. I think overlords have the fewest counters in the game atm.
