Wow this is the 1st time I heard anyone address the fact that the tight end was down in bounds. I've been telling all of these lsu excuse makers that the game should've ended 24-17

When did the excuse thing become a label? Who started that? It was a 1 point loss. It is what it is right? LSU actually got blown out twice last season. No excuses.

@Fearlessleadr7 you definitely haven't been reading the comments if you're asking me that. Almost every podcast some lsu fans are making excuses. In case you're wondering I'm a fsu fan & I've heard if Smith wasn't hurt, if it wasn't the 1st game, if it was later in the year. It's been a number of excuses. With me it's simple fsu 31-17 and I said that BEFORE smith was out.

Confident in both of LSU’s lines. 🍻 When we look at each other’s depth charts we do this thing where we deny benefit of the doubt to both team’s ability to develop players. And we down play the other teams transfers. So it’s kinda a useless conversation.

@@seandavis1715 but honestly I could paint an FSU win and I could paint an LSU win. I think the best writers speak in too many absolutes. Brian Kelly and Mike Norvell’s both dnt have excuses to lose this game… so to me that means it’s on the coaches to game plan well enough to win. Norvell is a great offensive mind. And BK is a professional.

How much of an impact can we anticipate from the change in DB coach? Is that something that would help Dent turn the corner?

Not Bud or Ingram but I do follow the team closely on noles247. So far, the staff over there has raved about the DBs, including the freshman. They don't sugar coat it either we will have to see it against other teams but so far it seems Surtain is coaching up all the DBs a lot better than Woodson. He's recruiting circles around Woodson right now though too

No and he’s been balling in camp. I think he’s our CB 3 if I had to be honest. I’ve seen like 5 or 6 interviews of the coaches and media talking about how big of a step AZ has taken.
