In advanced metrics (opponent-adjusted), FSU's defense is technically third best and only behind Cal by 3 spots and VT by 1. It's a fair argument. FSU's offense is hot garbage, but the defense isn't bad. The offense just puts them in a LOT of tough positions.

We're trash this year, so we've lost to basically everyone. Don't act like Miami didn't lose to Middle Tennessee a few years ago. We might not play ranked teams every week, but our schedule is a lot tougher than Miami's. You guys don't play ANY ranked teams.
