It is extremely likely that THREE Supreme Court Justices will retire in the next 4 years. Who do YOU want to replace Alito and Thomas? Someone appointed by Trump? Or Harris? I believe the team he is building would prevent him from infringing on any more rights. The purpose of his new team (47), which is not the same as the old team (45). I didn't vote for him first time...but moms did because she said it was the lesser of two evils. =b now she is all aboard with the trump train, and they live in Idaho and have many a gun in that big ass safe I helped them get up there from California when they left in 2007....almost like they knew what was coming.

The right question is... Do presidents even have the authority to ban Rights? ...and are we under any obligation to obey? Easy answers. It matters not who the president is, we will only ever get the tyranny that we deserve, because we will only ever get the tyranny that we allow (and therefore create for ourselves). It wasn't Trump who made it illegal to sell ARs and +10 round mags and auto feed shotguns in my state, after the supreme court decision that any regulation has to have a historical analogue. I didn't see any historic analogue for that, they're just hoping it sticks.

How about instead of asking our elected officials to swear an oath to the Constitution of the United States, We instead ask ask them to swear an oath to protect and defend the Bill of Rights only. The Constitution is only how the government functions. Though it was written something like 200 years ago and could probably use a little updating and rectifying here and there perhaps.
