thanks for this review. I have a hack motion and also have excessive extension at impact from flipping. when I go thru the address,top,impact slowly without hitting a ball,i can see the positions I need to see/feel from top to bottom, and keep everything in the green. to get rid or reduce the flipping,do you have any motions or "swing thought" to reduce this? I thing the more I pivot or move my body, the flipping reduces also. thanks John

The best thing that has worked for me is trying to keep the wrists loose John. If I try and make the wrists stay flexed, it doesn't work for me

It has Humble. I think it's because the club is longer but I can't seem to loosen the driver swing up 🤷

honest review i own one base model. it does exactly what it says, but for what you pay it is a waste of money for the data you get on the base plan. if you are going to buy one understand it is pretty worthless unless you have the money for the upgraded package for all the data.

I noticed previously you're almost flat footed with your driver so it's interesting that you've spotted the torso swing. Problem comes in that you've quite reliable with the big stick so you dont want to ruin that. Ive been thinking for ages you need a new shaft, nothing wrong with thr Sim 2, deffo a fitted shaft will do you wonders. Im catching up so if youve addressed all this in future vids i apologise

Link to Impact Mat? I have a Hackmotion and I have seen exactly same as you described in the video. Makes me very consistent but I also found my wrist movements becoming over exaggerated. It also crept into my other shots.

Ive got the older model. Its quite good but i do think it moves a bit after 10 shots so i keep calibrating it. Should use it more often though.....as with most training aids

Proper wrists angles are critical, so if this helps, and reports are it does, it could help you. Lots of work went into this so that deserves some recognition. One point made it does not fix your swing, all by itself. Or should I say results may vary. Dispersion was very good, but every shot is left, you are either aimed incorrectly or the club is hooded at impact. So, the Hack Motion did not fix that, but you should be able to solve that, no two-way misses for instance and only 1 miss hit on the drives. Impressive. Unless you actually aiming down the left side. I did see any ball flights. I guess I just presumed you would be trying to hit it down the middle, but then you were lined up on the left side. Finally, I would say compare your finish with irons, which seem balanced, with your driver finish which seems off balance a bit. Hold your finish, cheers!

It won’t tell u anything ur camera on ur phone won’t . I found it to be more of a pain to use, hand piece moves around , miss reads.. didn’t really tell me anything I didn’t know

You calibrated incorrectly, especially when you went indoors. This is why your results indoors were so good. Whenever you calibrated, your arm was high and your wrist was not flat, especially when you went indoors. When you calibrate, match the picture in the app. Put your arm lower and make sure your wrist is indeed flat. I have the Pro version of Hackmotion. It's fantastic, but must be used correctly, starting with correct calibration.

They changed that flipping drill. It used to be you hit the ball each time and then told you if it was good or not. That's a lot of balls wasted on a range if you don't understand what's expected of you.

Maybe. Although I find I have a certain swing when not using a ball and a very different swing when actually hitting a ball (usually worse!)
