My hair hadn't grown back or became terminal. But I can see small vellus hair two weeks after I stopped drinking tap water. The fluoride in water should be a crime.

I was just inspired/prompted to stop drinking tap water…so I started juicing celery, cucumbers and apple as my daily liquid. I’m thrilled to see you have felt the same thing

Try cellcore Para 1, 2 and 3. I couldn't breathe through my nose for 40 years and all my doctor's told me it was normal that some people breathe through their mouth. I knew that wasn't true because I remember a time when I could breathe through my nose. After doing a parasites cleanse I magically could breathe through my nose again. Apparently I had a fungus or something going on that the parasites cleanse got rid of 🤔

Everytime I have an allergic reaction a palmful of my hair falls out. What causes this when it is related to allergy? (I'm grain free, dairy free, nightshade free, plus I have removed some fruits and veggies that cause oral allergy symptoms but, am still having occasional allergic reactions).
@ChloeLukich4 жыл бұрын
Get an food allergy test by blood. It's expensive but it will tell you food, herbs and chemicals you're allergic to. My text was around $600. Don't get the cheap texts where it's just drips of blood, it's not accurate enough. I found out I was allergic to vegetables that I ate often.

I practice a gluten free lifestyle but sometimes I slip. If a person has great absorption but sometimes slip will it do the same damage it has after years of gut damage because of gluten?
@seon-gyoungadams22572 ай бұрын
I think the point is not the gluten free diet , go grain free diet with no sugar as well . Go 3-6 months , you will see the difference..

Hello Dr. Osborne, thanks for the helpful info. I have Male Pattern Baldness and I'm wondering if this is can be linked to an Autoimmune reaction or if the AI is just for other kinds of hairloss like Alopecia Areata? Thanks
@DrOsborne5 жыл бұрын
Male pattern baldness can be linked to dysfunctional testosterone metabolism. Ask your doc to check your DHT levels.

@@DrOsborne Ok thanks, is it possible that I have an autoimmune disease with standard mpb? I've noticed very slight pealing of skin on scalp that comes and goes. also I'm not sure if I have inflammation on my scalp but I feel pressure and uncomfortableness/itchiness on and off (I dont have dandruff either).

Doctor Osborne do you have grain free diet? I ask because I want to go grain free, but I lose so much weight it looks bad. I want to be able to look healthy. You look healthy!

We have really tried to go grain free, even if it is just got temporary time frames. We will go back and forth between just gluten free and then grain free for a little while.
@golfmom1086 жыл бұрын
Autumn Rose, you could probably tell from his book title that he promotes a completely grain-free diet for anyone with gluten sensitivity (and has many reasons why grain can be bad for everyone.) One thing I have heard him tell others concerned about weight loss is that when you go grain free, you may initially lose weight because of the lowering of the inflammation in your body. But after you have lost the inflammation weight, after maybe 3 weeks (?? not sure, but I seem to remember him saying about that long) you shouldn't continue to lose, and hopefully your body is able to heal now that you are not fueling the inflammation, and then start absorbing more nutrients and put the right kind of weight back on. And of course, this is assuming that after eliminating grains you are still getting enough calories from other foods. I hope that helps. :)

I have gluten sensitivity with genes from both patents for Celiac Disease. Love Dr. Osborne wisdom. But I have Epstein Barr Virus and have active mono and my hair is falling out. Not in coin size circles like before. So immune response.
