Can Hong Kong Companies REALLY Export from Mainland China Directly?

I have been using MY hk company as a shipper to export the goods outside of China and receive the payment in TT , DAP, LC

@@shrestainternational9171 You can use your HK company as a shipper - yes, most factories also do that, but it cannot be used exporter from Mainland China, simply because it’s a foreign entity and cannot directly export, cannot have the export documents registered under its name in the Mainland, hence cannot claim VAT refund in the Mainland. Receiving payments also the question of jurisdiction: if the seller and shipper is a HK company, then it can receive payments to its HK account, cannot process LC in the mainland.
