You know I just thought of a challenge for a nuzlocke. So you play the game as normal catching only the first Pokémon of each route but after you beat the gym and catch the next Pokémon your previous team is forced to get benched, pretty much making that new encounter your starter and so on and so forth until you beat the game. Don’t know how hard that would be but it sounds like you’d be force to pretty much have a new team for each gym

I haven’t ever been able to get into other Nuzlocke runners in the past, but stumbling onto your guys’ channel has been a real treat. I genuinely appreciate and enjoy the straight forward, mellow, dry humored, and even-keeled style of narration you and Andrew have brought to these videos, compared to the more over the top, hyperbolic attitude other channels seem to aim for (at least the others I have seen….) Cool! This is actually how I Nuzlocke! I started this way with FireRed cus I felt there wasn't that many pokemon anyway, and then kept with it through the generations and now I am currently Nuzlocking X
