Yea I switch back to a continental or even close the paddle face even further for backhand rolls and volleys. My grip change and I do find myself using eastern 80% of the time when I play left side and more continental when I play right side

@@PickleballWill I only ask because I get confused on what balls are preferred to be used (indoor and outdoor balls) in this scenario when you are playing indoors but on a cement floor (im assuming)

All good it’s a little confusing to be fair. So when you hear most pb players say “indoor” ball they are referring to balls typically used for gym floor or wood floors. “Outdoor” balls are typically used to play on surfaces that you would find on a tennis court. So really when ppl are saying indoor or outdoor ball they are referring to the type of surface being played on. So in this match with Alix we are using an “outdoor” ball even though we are inside because the court surface is the same as those found outdoors. Hope that helps!
