@georgevause8641 That is why pool matches often have multiple frames, for example playing first to 9 frames. There will be the occasional break and clearance but the majority of frames are played by both players. It takes a lot of skill to clear the table so if they are able to do it off the break then they deserve the point. I don't know why it is difficult to understand.

I'm relatively new to pool, I am just curious, because I see people at the bar and such that are pretty consistent at cleaning the table, so what is the separating factor between a professional who presumably can clear pretty well vs just a guy at the bar that also seems to be able to clear pretty well?
@attacking8ball8 ай бұрын
All comes down to consistency. Pro players are a lot more consistent with their positional play and overall cue ball control whereas the majority of decent pub level players are able to do it occasionally but not all of the time 👍

@@attacking8ball Think he's getting confused and assuming one of the balls touched your cue during the break? Perhaps the POV makes it look like a red or yellow touched the cue (which it didn't), or perhaps he assumes the white touched the cue because it stops abruptly (due to you striking low on the white). Either way there was no double touch. Nice clearance btw.
