Pokemon Unbound is the best romhack I have ever played. Unique starters, storyline, custom region, quests, daily raids, custom weather effects including a gym where instead of fainting the pokemon temporarily DEVOLVE, multiple difficulty settings, and even little things like the ability to customize your character. It only goes up to gen 7, and last I heard there was no plan to add gen 8, but its main game is complete and has active development going on for a battle frontier side-grade.

You can get electrike as a gift in your home town up stairs of the lab And you get other gen starter in different towns Like that bug gym city in a university you get gen 3 starter even if you click on no then you can choose other starters of same gen

Man, for Radical Red Champion teams how about Wally's Battle Maison team?(Team consisting Mega Gallade, Garchomp, Talonflame, Roserade, Azumarill and Magnezone) Also if you go for it how about switching any of the 3 available starters with Ralts using Advanced Starter Tool or whatever it is called instead of randomizing the geme? This only carries only one problen to reset until the starter is male-Afterall Wally's starter is Ralts at the end of the day.
