I think it would be too easy. Charmander can carry early game with Milo Pikachu and Bulbasaur obliterate Nessa Squirtle can easily beat Kabu Now for the 4th Gym it depends if he Plays Pokemon Sword or Shield If he plays Sword, then he's in trouble because Bede isn't easy. But if he plays Shield, Eevee can wall Allister's Ghost Types. Opal would be pretty easy because of the questions boosting stats and Bulbasaur's posion type moves can carry the fight. If he Plays Pokemon Sword Gordie would be a pushover with Bulbasaur and Squirtle. If he plays Pokemon Shield, Charmander can easily beat Melony. For Piers, just uhm try your best :) And finally Raihan, Squirtle and Bulbasaur and Charmander can easily win the fight.

Water Voice is the Hidden ability of Popplio, which makes all "Voice Moves" Water-type. The way I know that this Popplio has it is because the Alola starters are only available with ther Hidden Abilitys in Pokémon Sword/Shield.

Talonflame is quite good and all of them have ground immunity. You should be able to make a decent team with the birds. You are mostly immune to allister and strong against bea.

I just realized that unlike some of the other rivals in SWSH, Hop almost exclusively used Galar Pokemon, the only exceptions (off the top of my head) is Snorlax, Heatmor, and Trevenant. Heck, Heatmor and Trevenant were only used for one battle. The true Galar rival
