One bit of advice would be to scrap them integrated flights and stems and go back to normal ones. They make it much harder to bunch together and push through the gap, not enough give in them

@HOWHARDTV anything that matches the weight and length you like. I use the winmau prism force with just some nomal thickness flights. The hole punchers really do help though to stop the "pop off" and really in expensive at £6

I've just spent the last hour writing you apology for calling You Matt Edgar ..and none of appeared in the comments I try to remember what I said but it won't be easy I'll to slowly repeat the work and send it in chunks if memory allows. I going to talk pubs of the old days legends learnt their skill for darts. England: The Crafty Cockney Eric Bristow known for being a big head..told all his opponents not to bother..because he was to good..and most of the time ',He was! Strange grip little finger cocking up, like a posh lady drinks tea...Bobby George would have a big girls blouse as he mimics Bristol grip with hishuge builders hand John Lowe ..perfect throw like a clock pendulum..back forward excellent player from Derbyshire..ex miner of coal Known as old stoneface..Lazer eyes staring at the treble twenty..threw 9 darter live on the 'World of Sport Saturday Google ..you can see Keith Feller nodding behind on the final x18...threw his own brand Unicorn 23 gram bullet barrel dart ..pear shaped flights which loaded sideways..pinch two of the four flights together Big Cliff Lazerenko very smooth action ..high right hand looked like he was taking a pencil from behind his ear. Players like these were putting their names on there own shape of barrell..these were expensive in sports shops Lowes darts were£20, that was alot of money in the early 70's. Northern Ireland: Steve Brennan Scotland: Peter Mason ..lovely Player Captain of Scottish darts team..left handed ..threw light darts ..pear shaped transparent flights with thistle logo. Wee Jockey Wilson great player, nobody knew how he was able to throw straight darts because he had such a Jerky throw, he lent and lurched but it worked.. his use to land in the board like thrown from 10 or 12 feet to right of the board ..Google him and take a look at strangest darts grip! Wales: The Cobra Leighton Rees..that what it looks like from the side a striking snake Alan Evans Super player regular appearances for Wales These were the that men wanted to copy when they were drinking and smoking in the pubs throwing darts Bristow use have pint of lager on a table where you see water now ,do did Wilson. Bobby George said of Wilson 'hes the only bloke I've seen that gets better the more drunk he gets. So you up and Country thousandd of sets of darts were in the pubs, and probably still are The police forces run weapon Amnesty's to get of the street Here's an idea ..a country wide Amnesty to round up all the sets of darts ,stems and flights...collect them all up and distribute them to youth centres, youth clubs for deprived kids , not accadamys some of those children are already signed sealed and delivered to 'Target: Mission Unicorn Harrows..Red Dragon No who I want those darts to go to is the kids of parents who want be able to put £20,£30 and £60 darts in Freddy or Mollys Xmas stocking Mr Howard start the conversation..what are you going to do to help!

Problem I have is I’m terrible at maths so need to learn the proper outs really! But you’re bang right
@DartsDartsDarts18015 күн бұрын
@@HOWHARDTVit sounds silly, but some times it’s not about the maths. It’s a pattern, remembering where you need to hit in a rhythm, rather than thinking I need to minus 20 from 119. 119, first dart is at the 19s, if you missed that T20 and hit the single, you can’t check out 99 with the two following darts. Enjoyed the video👍🏻
@HOWHARDTV15 күн бұрын
@@DartsDartsDarts180 appreciate the advice! It’s something I must get better at. My mindset atm is just try and get to a double however I can I think however you’re bang right with what you’re saying there. I’m sure I’ll learn 💪
@DartsDartsDarts18015 күн бұрын
@@HOWHARDTV that makes sense, but don’t get comfy in that setting. Games are quickly won/lost when getting into the 201 stage. Learning how check out and setting up early will benefit your game 10 fold, rather than getting into the habbit of, ‘I’ll score now and worry about the double later’. 🎯

Yes you thought your small amount left against Morgans Large 27-.odd was to bigger gap...it's the lesson don't ease up, even when your well ahead Morgan a bright prospect As you get to meet all these players in waiting...and the B grade known names... I'd.leave 4 questions 'out' when talking... don't ask : 'tell me what' the reason is, that your so good ,'how do you do it Can you tell me Can you show me I say this because generally good dart players don't like talking about their grips or throws And alot won't know why there good

Lets talk about something important, snd like to hear what I'm and champion it the good of darts in the future. How times have heard people like Barry Hearn who wants to makes as much money from darts as he physically can say: its the new way for council kids to escape poverty...and any young girl or boy can try at virtually on cost...s board , some darts in the bedroom or room or garage ect..ect.. O.K...thatd bits true...but and its an almighty but... If l was advising s youg girl or boy whose looking at Luke Littler envious of the ',trappings he's getting l'd say: Get your parents to ask the barstaff at the their local to ask: Are there any darts behind the bar,that have been sitting there unused by someone whos not a customer snymore or has given up the game ...or sadly may have ',passed away. Thats the most economical way to get set of darts into the hands of a potential Fallon Sherrock, Beau Greaves Gemma Hayter, Noa van leuvsn or a wesley Plasir, Gian van Vein, or Luke Littler. But thats not whats happening Here on youtube the kids are seening £50,£60 darts reviewed ...as saw one recently by 'Reel darts...its a dart based on Retro theme of the iconic but outdated V.H.S recorder tapes...the clever idea, and it is a clever idea of the symbols that operated the video ...battery going

I didn't realise l was talking to Matt Gregory, I'm a massive fan of the Modus Super Series With all of the presenting characters , and l'm very glad that happenstance has occurred andI want you to consider the following when your in your presenting role, and in discussions with the powers that be at Modus. When I was chucking arrars' many years ago 'without' s great deal of success,it has to be admitted it was with darts that had arrived by the post, l infuriated 'Tommys Darts and Red Dragon with back and fro 'shenanigans' as l searched for the perfect barrel..and all for a £5 and postage. My point is about the girls and boys of 8, 9,,10 years who are pestering mum and dad for darts...l'm not talking about the incredible kids of the same age who are probably already signed up by target or mission or 'Reel' the V.H..S retro dart retailing at reasonable price for well healed old fogies to impress their pub team mates on darts match night for £60...now Matt, let me ask you something..Luke Litlers parents 10 years ago...Tommy's Darts for £5 delivered to their council house, or £20 or30 orv£40 in little Luke's Christmas Stocking, the Littlers were sentimental...they have more likely thought l was, for suggesting they use their holiday fund for their son's passion..the truth they couldn't afford it! as the parents of the next Beau Greaves 'wont' be able to afford it...social media is awash with expensive darts Barry Hearn says anybody can afford. the dream...can they ? Do start this conversation Matt it's very very important and l'm not hearing it from anyone...what about starting on Modus or you on your channel I very glad it's you I'm..I hear your passion and common sense...this is common sense and it applies most to common people..don't missunderstand, my use of common or council or deprivation or poor parenting or children's homes or hospitals or prisons...but the future isn't with those already participating...and it certainly isn't dependant on manufacturers of the darts the darts stars throw!
