Man, Coder is playing so well, I'm really enjoying this series so far! The deck choices as well as the plays are so nice to watch. In this episode, the voice over was a little too quiet and the background music a little too loud. Also, I don't know if the voice itself sounded a little further away than when you talk in your stream. The thing with Pacifis was BS btw, that's not how banlists work. Umi is not Pacifis. Yes, the card text says it is, but the card name is Pacifis. Imagine Konami banned Umi; you would still be allowed to play Pacifis then.

Quick thought here. When you put up the poll for Fountain or Something else and chat picked something else, Fountain shouldn't have still been in the Something Else poll. If chat gets memey and doesn't take the opportunity to hit the obvious card that breaks the deck they should have to wait until the next win again to hit it. My opinion. Really enjoying these videos!

All the cards that are treated as Umi count towards the amount of copies you can have in your decklist. They are no longer copies of the name they have on the cardboard within the game mechanics, they are now copies of "Umi" (i.e., It is illegal to have 3 copies of Umi and 1 copy of Pacifis in a deck, as that would be trying to have 4 copies of Umi as far as the game rules are concerned) Banning Umi bans all those other related field spells

Runick is in a…fine state atm. I hate it, but it’s been gutted to the point of being reasonable even if still toxic. They definitely shouldn’t get anything back. But we don’t need to take anything either

@FrostReave idk. Fountain let's the stun decks dig for all the pesky floodgates, on top of having almost no real counter play to the actual runick spells. I wouldn't care as much if the field spell only let them draw if they activated a SET runick, making the player have to choose which to set and what to hold. At least it's a little bit more balanced. Then again, I hate the deck. Never was a fan of deck out strats

Isn't the rule if it's in the deck list, it can get banned. So if the cards name is treated like another card in the deck, both cards would get banned. Example: the legendary ocean and umi would both get the ban hammer

I don't think it was worthit to get to diamond rank since like there are ton of Yubel hardcore deck, Snake eyes with flame king, Snake eyes with Rescue Rangers and even the most annoying tearlaments that wants to play with Yubel. Heck, I only play with despians and they challenged me with alot of amount of dosage of Yubel telling me to quit.
