I think that’s the key David. It’s all about trusting what I have been told and then trusting to do it myself. Plus accepting that it’s not always going to work straight away.

Great to see you at Budock Vean again. The 5th is also my nemesis. If your drive ends up on the right you have a tough corner to get round. Usually 2 or more hits for me. 6th is a challenge because it's very narrow and further than you think. With the ninth I now usually hit the green. I take a 9 and smash it. You have to be very confident on this one. Play right through and the ball goes sky high, then drops onto the green. I'll show you next time you come down if you like. I'd happily play in a comp if you organise one.

I think with the 9th you are right, it’s all about confidence however I have heard stories of smashed swimming pool roof etc lol

Looks like a good course John. Although tight it seems difficult to actually lose the ball which is good. Looks much easier than your old West Cornwall course where if you miss the fairway by even a fraction it is a reload job!

Oh believe me you can lose a ball here and there are outs of bounds too. A very different course though from west Cornwall links x

I haven't seen your swing in several months. It's much improved, Dan done a great job. The only reason you're hitting it left is coz you move your head and shoulders in that direction first on the downswing. Probably coz you're trying to hit it hard. Your putting and chipping need serious work though.

Lovely video Oggie, can't be easy trying to play and set up the camera for good shots so well done. Have to say you were on fire of the tees that day, swinging well and hitting the ball cleanly. Beautiful venue for a little competition as well.

It’s a challenge my friend but I love doing it. Can’t do it again like that for a while as my main camera is being fixed right now as the screen is broke lol. As for the game I think that’s one of my best days ever. I wish it would happen more often x

But now I am more relaxed and although still working non stop to make the channel a success, I am more happy with the way I am playing and less pressured about things.
