Wow.. Braid ventured into Cornwall.. I Grew up on his courses.... Best in my area is Orsett. Neal...Braid doesn’t put much trouble in front of the green.. Learn the punch shot.. He loves a tricky green.. John...A Braid would suit you.. Looking at it a bit like Theydon Bois.

We believe that the original design was for an 18 hole course but something happened and the land wasn’t available. That would have been amazing because it would have reached down to the river. Next time we film there I will ask to see the original plans x

Nice little half course with a challenge, a bit of wind, very nice. John, ever thought of using a chipper? I used one for three years when I was struggling with wedges around and off the green, saved me many shots👍👍

It’s one of the things we are going to be working more on my friend x learning how to improve all the time. Would be great if we had an extra pair of hands to help film but right now until the channel grows it’s just doing everything we can x

I think my wife wants me to take her here, and try out the hotel and spa etc. i can play golf whilst she enjoys the other facilities
