Can I go pro without going to a Pro Academy?

My boys never played academy and he’s playing championship.

How does one "catch up". Getting older and a lot of academies age out and have signed there guys. You got to do video on that because I am very curious on what you have to say. I understand that as human beings after 18 you actually just don't develop as much and that's why playing high levels in youth is so important but how could one catch up? Playing at semi pro trying to go up the ranks? Regardless idc and will make it no matter the odds you know.

Definitely will do a video on this because alot of people will just play games... But you need to develop and play. Which at non league.. you will find it very hard to teams in where you can get both.. but I'll explain in a video
