Can i lift 338kg on site?

A bit of lifting at work.
I know im not lifting the whole 338kg but i would like to go and do some stone lifting in Scotland this spring/summer. Anyone who has any info on this, I'd love to hear from you.
Its nice to see i can still move things like this at 45 years old (soon to be 46😪)

Mines a bit dodgy too. When im driving it drops out if i let my arm drop too low on the wheel. Very odd

Ive been planking and doing lots of press ups, im sure that helped with the abs getting tensed
