Impressive challenge! I bet your dreams were filled with gyoza that night! I love making gyoza - and dim sum too! We're addicted to them! When we visited South Asia, we ate dim sum and dumplings for breakfast and dinner! The montage at the end was hilarious! 😻😻

Thank you for watching! Yes, authentic dim sum is quite an experience. Fortunately I’m not too far from San Francisco, and am able to check out some amazing dim sum places ! ;)

@@ChefBill - I'm Canadian, but I live in the UK with my husband, not that far from London! There are some incredible dim sum places in and around Chinatown! It's one of the highlights of travelling into the city!! I've never been to SF, but it's on the list of places to visit! Mr. Editor has been - and wants to return as part of a road trip through California! 😻😻

I recommend traveling down Highway 1 and visiting Santa Cruz and the Santa Cruz mountains. SF is fun, but I can only take it in very small doses ;)

@@ChefBill I was thinking taking some inspiration from other youtube channels with little stuff. You've got a great personality and good camera angles, just polishing up your editing which comes with time would help. Here's some stuff you could try for the next video - edit out any blending noises (fast forward through it and play the music a bit louder over it, or just cut like you do later in the vid) - the transition is a bit unnecessary, so you can take that out without changing the vid much. - I would consider trying out doing a voice-over instead of cooking and talking while doing it. It would make it easier to follow your instructions on the video and listen to your tips, and also make it easier on the ears for audio quality. Overall though I think your videos are really informative! Plus the skit is pretty funny lol. You've gone a long way from your first few videos in quality. Keep it up!

Thank you for your feedback! Yes, audio is an issue for me. I've actually gotten much better since I started a couple months ago with audio. But, it needs work. Cheesy video transitions are debatable whether they add or subtract from the video. :) Maybe that is personal preference. Doing all voice over is something I have considered, and I did do that in my eggplant parmesan episode. I watched other popular cooking channels that do just voice over. I think it makes it more personal and real to be actually talking through the work in the kitchen. Again, a personal preference. And, right, no one wants to hear blender/fan/etc noise while watching the video. I need to be better about that. But yea, I also have done some cooking video segments just to music and text. So, think I will keep playing with all those methods.
