In the translation says "Eardrum" because the original recipe is called "Timpano", and that means eardrum in Spanish 😂

I actually figured it out the moment I saw that ridiculous amount of egg yolk, and I instantly think of timpano, since david Seymour did mention that timpano pasta dough is hard to work with. And then... I remember that another word for eardrum is "membrana timpani (or tympany? From my biology classes)" so... (Darn that's one heck of a long comment)

I really like this channel’s approach to the google translate recipes, where the cook earnestly tries to understand what was meant and tries to produce a quality dish. I find it fun to puzzle along with her, and try to decide if I agree with her choices, and then wait for the big reveal at the end. Some of the other channels I’ve seen, it feels like the same running joke over and over: look what a mess I’m making, because google translate is so bad! That is less interesting in my opinion. I would also enjoy seeing a less talented/ more amateur cook try this more earnest approach that this woman is doing.
