I think a good challenge would be if Jasmine tried to make Finnish karjalanpiirakka which translates to Karelian pie. It's a little savory pastry that has rye crust and rice porridge filling. It's usually topped with egg butter and it's often enjoyed for breakfast. I think it would be the right amount of challenge and I'm pretty sure she has never even heard of it. 🙂
